نامه سازمان‌های جبهه ملی ایران در خارج از کشور به یونیسف

در باره جنایات جمهوری اسلامی علیه کودکان

رئیس محترم کمیته حقوق کودک سازمان ملل متحد،

در سرکوب خشونت بار اخیر جنبش اعتراضی مردم ایران بوسیله حکومت جمهوری اسلامی تابحال بیش از ۳۰۰ نفر کشته شده‌اند که متجاوز از ۵۰ تن از آنان، کودک بوده‌اند. در این جریان شاهد موارد متعدد نقض حقوق بشر و کودکان بوسیله حاکمیت بوده‌ایم. بر اساس شواهد و اسناد متعدد که در رسانه‌های مستقل گزارش شده‌اند موارد زیر بصورت مکرر دیده شده‌اند:

·       کشته شدن کودکان بوسیله نیروهای حکومتی و بوسیله تیر جنگی،

·       استفاده از کودکان بی سرپرست و کودکان کار به عنوان بخشی از نیروی سرکوب و تجهیز آنان به سلاح،

·       تحت فشار قرار دادن کودکان در مدارس برای اجرای برنامه‌های حمایت از حکومت،

·       کنترل امنیتی مدارس جهت جلوگیری از اعتراض دانش‌آموزان و حمله افراد مسلح به دانش آموزان معترض،

·       بازداشت کودکان در مدارس به بهانه عدم همکاری و شرکت در برنامه‌های حمایت از حکومت،

تمامی موارد فوق از مصادیق نقض حقوق کودکان بوده و بیم آن می‌رود که حکومت با افزایش اعتراضات شدت عمل بیشتری را در این زمینه‌ها بکار ببرد.

ما ضمن محکوم کردن این اقدامات حکومت جمهوری اسلامی، از آن عالی مقامان، مجموعه یونیسف و کمیته حقوق کودک سازمان ملل متحد انتظار داریم تمام سعی خود را در عرصه بین المللی برای حفظ حقوق کودکان ایران بکار ببرند. توجه داشته باشید که بدلیل فشارهای امنیتی نمایندگان شما در داخل ایران امکان گزارش کامل واقعیت را ندارند و انجام تحقیقات مستقل و تعیین نماینده ویژه در این زمینه ضروری است. تحت فشار قرار دادن حکومت ایران در عرصه بین‌المللی می‌تواند در تغییر رفتار ضد بشری حکومت ایران موثر باشد.

Letter to UNICEF

About the crimes of Islamic Regime in Iran against children

Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC)

 

In the recent extremely violent crackdown of Iranians following their uprising against the Islamic regime, the government has tragically killed more than 300 people, of whom over 50 have been children. We have witnessed the Iranian Islamic regime’s concerted efforts in infringing upon the most basic human rights and childern's right. Based on several documents and pieces of evidence which have been reported by independent reporters and media outlets, the following are some of the violations regarding children at the behest of the Iranian regime:

·       Killing of children by military-grade weapons of governmental forces ,

·       Utilization of homeless and labor children as child soldiers as a part of governmental militias,

·       Mandating children in schools to participate in pro-government demonstrations,

·       Monitoring schools via security and paramilitary forces with the aim of preventing protests as well as armed forces’ attacks on elementary and high schools,

·       Arresting adolescents in high schools due to anti governmental activities.

All of the aforementioned horrifying violations of Children's Rights are repugnant to the human spirit and could worsen as the regime amplifies its violent behavior.

We condemn the Iranian government’s actions in suppression of protestors and especially their behavior with children and we ask UNICEF and CRC to utilize all in their power on the international level to limit the brutal actions of that regime. Due to the monitoring of securtiy services of regime your representatives can not clearly transfer the whole reality. Conducting an independent investigation and selecting of special representative is necessary and essential. It is our sincere wish that regime behavior may change under the pressure of the international community.
